Meeting with ex-service user keen to be involved

Discussed:

·         The idea so far with new members partaking in the video

·         Stories recorded from UEA Volunteers Seminar

·         Work to be included in the video

·         Extra scenes and new ideas

Outcomes:

During this meeting I was introduced to an ex service who has great interest in helping with the production. We described and explained the idea we already had and asked if he had any other ideas he would like to add in or change about the video; he was happy with the idea so far and was very intrigued and willing to take part in the production. We then arranged the final filming dates and locations and established what needed to be completed before the next shoot date. After this we allocated who would take the transcripts received from the UEA Volunteers Seminar (Friday 6^th march) and find quotes they feel would work in the video. We set a date for the next meeting in which we would discuss the quotes we liked and edit them to keep the anonymity of the story providers.
