Job	Who?	Why?
Producer/director	Jessica A (myself)	I am managing the project and attend every meeting related to it. Also I have created and developed the idea with input from the client so have the best understanding and vision for the video which make myself ideal for this job role.
Camera	Jessica A	I have the best knowledge of the camera equipment and know what shots I am after.
Sound	Jessica A	I know how to set up the sound equipment and can conduct the proper routine/method to ensure the equipment is working and at the right level.
Personal assistant	Alison M	Alison is very organised and is a good contact from the client. She knows the people who we are working with such as the members partaking in the voice overs and is able to contact everyone partaking in the production.
Camera assistant	Tommy W	Tommy has a great understanding of how to use the camera and is able to understand the vision I have and understand my instructions to get the perfect shot.
Sound assistant	Nic J	Nic has a good understanding of sound and has studied music and audio. He is able to identify ideal locations in terms of audio recording which makes him ideal for the role of sound assistant.
