Meeting with client and sound designer

Discussed:

·         What the idea is and the storyboard

·         The skills and abilities of the sound designer

·         Any potential issues with the project

·         The project schedule

·         Any early ideas for music for the video

Outcome:

The main purpose of this meeting was to meet the sound designer who will compose the music for the video. As well as the sound designer I was also introduced to a member from the client’s communications team who wished to know more about the project. After the introductions I pitched the idea that both myself and the client had developed and the schedule for filming and editing etc.

The member from communications pointed out some issues that might arise however these problems had already been considered and dealt with by myself. We then spoke to the sound designer and discussed any early ideas we were having in terms of music for the video and the time in which I would like the music to be composed, edited and completed.
